Freq of Nature explores connection, resonance, and change through the use of vibrational essences of plants, stones, environments, and other non-human kin. Freq of Nature offerings consist of essence consultations and educational/experiential workshops that explore the resonance of these medicines. Freq of Nature was created by Grace Woodard.

In addition to being a vibrational essence practitioner, Grace is also a sounder, mover, dreamer, and a New York-licensed clinical psychotherapist (LMSW). Grace is passionate about the pursuit of resonance and explores this in all of her work, including creating and sharing essences.
