A 45-minute conversation to explore how essences can support the growth of your intention. Essences are vibrational, energetic, water-based remedies from flowers and other kin that can help to support shifts in emotional/behavioral patterns and navigate transitions by bringing the waters in our bodies into resonance with the energies and wisdom preserved in the waters of the essence. Essences aren’t used to treat physical issues, although in some cases, working to shift emotional and behavioral patterns may also offer benefits to the physical body.
Following our conversation, I will create and ship a custom 1-oz. Freq of Nature essence formula for you along with dosing recommendations and a suggested somatic or ritual practice for further integration. Pick-up may be arranged for Hudson Valley clients.

The cost includes shipping, materials, and my time -- which includes the consultation itself, plus research, meditation, and divination for formulation; crafting the formula; and in many cases, time spent in ceremony creating the essences that may appear in your formula.
